In New England
Newest update: August 2017
Beau and Bess are 6-7 months old (as of early August and we have no idea about their breed, the vet and southern rescue are thinking shepherd/husky. Mom is a pretty shepherd lady (we included a picture of her) but no idea on Dad. Beau and Bess weigh around 40-45 lbs, Beau weighs a little more than Bess, and Bess has those striking blue eyes.
These little cuties LOVE the water, and they are some smart babies for sure. It didn’t even take them a day to figure out the doggie door at their foster home. They are great with kids and other dogs and they are a big “no” with cats. They get very excited to meet new people and might forget their manners at first but they are doing better with that. They are super friendly and they are making progress on housetraining and they don't mind their crates.
Bess is in foster with a male dog larger than her, and she loves him, and with a young human sister. They all are the best of friends!
If you are interested in Bess or any of our cuties, please fill out the adoption application.
Please note: we do not have a physical facility where our dogs are housed. They are cared for in our wonderful foster network throughout New England. It is our expectation that, once approved, a potential family will meet the dog(s) in the foster setting where they are feeling safe and loved.
