Darlin' - in Maine!
August 2016 - Darlin' is in foster in southern Maine and doing awesome. She is great with dogs, cats and older kids. We haven't seen her with little ones but we'll check that out as she settles in. She is awesome and so outgoing and sweet. She is doing well on potty training and loves everybody!
Darlin' is a little sweetheart, she and her siblings and their mama Dottie are all survivors! After Dottie was dropped outside a vet's office in the south, she gave birth shortly after. The puppies contracted the deadly parvovirus but Dino, DJ and Darlin' pulled through and are healthy and happy puppies with no long-term effects. Our rescue partners spent an extroardinary amount of money on the babies' health and well-being and we are so happy to finally get to meet them soon.
They are typical mischievous adorable pups who get along with everyone. They live with adult and baby dogs in their foster home and are doing terrific.
We included a picture of Mama Dottie so you can see where they get their cattle dog genes from. Darlin' and her siblings are 4 months old (as of early July) and weigh approximately 10 lbs each.
If interested in Darlin' or any of our sweeties, please fill out the adoption application.
We are a foster-based rescue and we require that a potential adopter meets the dog(s) in the foster setting before adoption.
Thank you for considering rescue!
