Foster or forever home needed!

This guy is such a hoot! Joey is an active and super fun boy! Our partner shelter tell us he love the toys and even picks up the large plastic watering can to carry around! When he is done, he loves to flop down in the grass. Joey and his brother were found stray and never claimed, so we don't know anything about their background but they are super nice boys and his brother Jessie got adopted.
They use the Meet Your Match Evaluation and Joey came out as Orange-Busy Bee – “I’m a naturally playful, curious and trusting canine. Take me for a big walk every day; give me something to do. After my job’s done, I’ll curl up in front of the fire with you in the evenings.”
Sweet Joey is one year old and has a friendly, gentle and good-natured personality. His gorgeous cocoa-colored coat has snow white markings and his eyes are a hazel brown shade that is just beautiful! Joey is a great choice if you are looking for a medium-sized dog. We think he is a lab/terrier mix.
Joey trots happily at your side on his daily walks, and will flop on the grass when he is done! Our volunteers love to sit and hang out with Joey and give him lots of quality cuddle time! Getting belly rubs is one of his very favorite things! Joey also loves every minute he can spend in the play yard, where he races around and has the best time with the toys. Joey especially enjoys playing ball and is so much fun to be around!
If you have interest in Joey or another of our sweeties, please fill out the adoption application.
Please note: we do not have a physical facility where the dogs are housed; they are cared for in our wonderful foster network throughout New England. It is our expectation that, once approved, a potential family will meet the dog in the foster setting where they are feeling safe and loved.
