Odie is a sharpei mix – look at those wrinkles! He is approx 9 months old as of mid-February. He weighs approx. 50 lbs and was found as a stray; he appeared to have been dumped there in rural Arkansas; the finder tried to bring him to the local shelter but he couldn't stay because he was found outside of their city limits, so our partner rescue was called and of course wanted to get this sweet little guy the help he needed.
Odie loves the other dogs in his foster home but does not love sharing his food so he needs to be fed separately. He is used to eating in his crate and he uses one of the slow-feeder puzzle bowls because he eats so fast.
Odie is house-trained, crate-trained and just loves everyone he meets!
If interested in meeting Odie or any of our sweeties please fill out the adoption application.
Please note: we do not have a physical facility where the dogs are housed. They are cared for in our wonderful foster network throughout New England. It is our expectation that, once approved, a potential family will meet the dog(s) in the foster setting where they are feeling safe and loved.
