Sasha - in Maine!
Sasha is a 7 month old girl (as of late May). She appears to be possibly a Dachshund mix and she only weighs about 8 lbs. Her southern rescuers joke that she is a border collie in a dachshund body because she is always on the go. She is a tiny girl who can’t wait to find her forever family.
Sasha is good with other dogs and children, she hasn’t been exposed to cats that we know of, most cats would be bigger than her ! Sasha is doing great on housetraining, she is going to the door now when she has to go.
She is a grazer when she eats, and she'd much rather sleep in the bed than in her crate.
If interested in Sashaor any of our cuties, please fill out the adoption application.
Please note: we do not have a physical facility where the dogs are housed. They are cared for in our wonderful foster network. It is our expectation that, once approved, a family will meet the dog(s) in the foster placement where they are feeling safe and loved.
