Scout - in Maine

Scout is a gorgeous yellow lab who is only 9 months old and already weighs 75 lbs. He is quite the big lug of a guy who is affectionate and sweet and just beautiful! He has a good deal of energy and likes to play with other dogs but is still learning that not everyone wants to play super crazy. He has done well with children, and we think Scout would be a great candidate for training and would be a ton of fun for an energetic family or someone who runs or hikes often.

Please note: we do not have a physical facility where the dogs are housed; they are cared for in our wonderful foster network throughout Maine. It is our expectation that, once approved, a potential family will meet the dog(s) in the foster setting where they are feeling safe and loved.
