Monte - in Maine!

Monte is an 18 month old Great Pyrenees who has been rehomed twice because apparently people don't know this breed is a large one. He is just under 100 lbs and is the SWEETEST boy. He enjoys other dog friends, humans but NOT cats. Like most Great Pyrenees pups, he can be stubborn and if he doesn't want to walk in that direction, he's not going ; 0 ) He is learning to walk more cooperatively on leash, and he loves to snuggle or lean into you and when he picks you as his person you will never be without a shadow! 

 

Monte has lived with male and female dogs of all shapes and sizes.  is crate-trained, housetrained and he loves a good treat ; 0 )

Please note: we do not have a physical location where the dogs are housed; they are cared for in our wonderful network throughout New England. It is our expectation that, once approved, a potential family will meet the dog(s) in the foster setting where they are feeling safe and loved.
